This privacy policy applies to the use of services provided by the service and contains the following contents.

Personal information of users is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved (here, 'when the purpose of use is achieved' means when a withdrawal request, service contract expires, or withdrawal is made). However, if there is a storage period stipulated by the service's internal policy or related laws, it is stored for a certain period of time and then destroyed.
Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and records stored in the form of electronic files are deleted using technical methods that cannot be reproduced.
Long-term non-users are users who have not used LiveWire's services for one year. LiveWire separately stores or deletes the personal information of these members, and the separately stored personal information is destroyed without delay after being stored for four years.
Users can view or modify their personal information at any time, and can also request to withdraw their consent to collection/use or cancel their subscription.
You can follow the path below to make changes and cancel your subscription (withdrawal of consent) through the settings function in the service.
Or, if you contact the operator by email or a separate message board, we will take action without delay.
You can also exercise your rights through an agent, such as a legal representative or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in the form of Attachment No. 11 to the Notice on the Processing of Personal Information.
Please note that the rights of the information subject may be restricted in accordance with Article 35 (4) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act when requesting access to personal information and suspension of processing.
When requesting the correction or deletion of personal information, if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws, it cannot be deleted.
Livewire may request confirmation that the user who made the request is the principal or an agent when requesting access in accordance with the rights of the information subject, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.

Livewire collects only the minimum behavioral information necessary for online personalized advertising, and does not collect sensitive behavioral information that may clearly infringe on the rights and interests or privacy of individuals, such as ideas, beliefs, family and relatives, educational history, and other social activity history.
Livewire collects and uses advertising identifiers for online personalized advertising in mobile apps. Data subjects can block personalized advertising in apps by changing the settings of their mobile devices as follows

Livewire guarantees the information subject's right to self-determination of personal information and strives to provide counseling and damage relief due to personal information infringement, and if you need to report or consult, please contact the customer consultation reception department related to personal information (see 08 Rights and obligations of information subjects and legal representatives and how to exercise them).
"A person whose rights or interests have been infringed by a disposition or omission made by the head of a public institution in response to a request under the provisions of Article 25 (Access to Personal Information), Article 26 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information), or Article 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing, etc.) of the Personal Information Protection Act may file an administrative appeal in accordance with the Administrative Appeals Act.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 1, 2023, and Livewire may make changes to this Privacy Policy, including to reflect changes in laws or services.
If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with at least seven (7) days' notice of the changes.
